DY Energy is a Polish construction company. Since 2018 we have been building ground-mounted solar power plants on industrial sites, including rooftops and fields.
We work across Europe: Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, France and the Baltic states. Project capacities range from 500 kW to 100 MW, so we have a constant flow of work.
We are looking for solar panel installers with experience in solar energy. If you have no experience yet but want to work, we will show and teach you right on site.
• Site preparation and marking
• Installation of support structures for the equipment
• Cable laying, connecting the connectors
• Installation of solar modules
• Connecting modules and inverters
• Tying and insulating wiring, keeping the workplace clean
Official employment and everything you need for comfortable work:
• Official employment with a Polish company
• Medical insurance, bank account
• Invitation and work permit, help with documents and a Polish visa
• Piece-rate per module (turnkey)
• Salary €2000-4000 net
• 9-10 hours a day, 6 days a week (shorter Saturday)
• We provide equipment, a company car and tools
• Housing provided
• On your side: meals, initial travel and work clothing
